Q - How do I get in touch?
A – You can call our sales support team on 01234 242740 or send them an email at email@example.com. Alternatively, why not complete the online enquiry form on our ‘Contact Us’ page? We’re available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Q – Where do I go for technical help with Xpert products?
A – If you have a query about any of our Xpert products, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Our ever-helpful technical support team are ex-window fitters, so they have plenty of hands-on experience and practical advice to offer you. Please give them a call on 01234 242740.
Q – Where can I buy Xpert Tools?
A – Unfortunately, Xpert Tools can’t sell direct to end users as we only sell to distributors, wholesalers and trade counters. However, there are stores stocking Xpert products across the country. You can find your nearest retailer quickly and easily using our handy stockist finder.
Q – Where do I find prices for your products?
A – If you’re an end user, please contact your nearest stockist for prices. If you’re a trade customer, please call our sales team on 01234 242740 for pricing information.
Q - What is your guarantee on air tools?
A – Xpert offers a 3-month warranty on air tools. However, please make sure that you oil your air tools everyday as failure to do so will invalidate your warranty. If you need to make a claim, please call 01234 242740. We’ll give you a returns number which you’ll need to send back with the item for examination.
